About Cinderelo

Cinderelo is a public nomination contest to introduce a woman who could be João Prata’s future wife. If your nominee legally marries him, you win a €1,000,000 prize.

Nomination happens online with consent. Shortlisted candidates may complete questionnaires, interviews, and potentially meet João in person.

How It Works?

Introduce me to who you think would be the perfect match. If she becomes my wife, you win 1.000.000€ Euros!

First you have to Introduce me to your candidate by submiting an application.

If selected, she'll then go through some online compatibility tests.

If we meet and she eventually marries me - the 1.000.000€ prize is yours!

1. Introduction

Welcome to Cinderelo.com (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Site”). By accessing or using this Site you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Key Definitions

“Contest” – the process of nominating a potential spouse for João Prata, culminating in a €1,000,000 prize if that nominee legally marries him.
“Nominator” / “you” – the person submitting a candidate.
“Candidate” – the person you nominate.
“Prize” – one million euro (€1,000,000) payable under the conditions in §6.

3. Eligibility

Nominators and Candidates must be 18 years or older and have full legal capacity.

By nominating, you warrant:

You have written consent from the Candidate to share her data and images.
The Candidate is legally single and free to marry.
Employees, agents or close family of João Prata may participate but are ineligible for the Prize.

4. How the Contest Works

Submit a Candidate via the on‑site form and upload up to four photos to Cinderelo.com.
The Candidate may be invited to complete online compatibility questionnaires, interviews and background checks.
Selected Candidates may meet João Prata in person (travel arrangements negotiated separately).
If a Candidate contracts a legal civil marriage with João Prata within 24 months of initial submission, the Nominator becomes the provisional Prize winner.

5. Content & Conduct

Do not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful or infringes third‑party rights.
We may remove any submission and/or suspend accounts at our discretion.

6. The €1,000,000 Prize

Trigger: A valid, legally recognised marriage certificate between João Prata and the Candidate.
Verification: Winner must supply government‑issued ID, banking details and sign a Prize Acceptance & Publicity Release.
Payment: One lump‑sum wire transfer within 90 days after verification. All taxes are the winner’s sole responsibility.
Limit of liability: If the marriage is annulled or dissolved within 12 months, we reserve the right to seek return of the Prize.
Force majeure: We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site, its design, text, graphics and logo are © JoaoPrata.com 2025 / Cinderelo.com. By posting content you grant us a royalty‑free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display it for contest and promotional purposes.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as is”; we make no warranties that matchmaking attempts will succeed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, emotional distress or personal disagreements arising from participation.
Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Exclusive venue for disputes is the courts of Lisbon, unless EU consumer‑protection rules require otherwise.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the Site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
